The project is located in Jaffa. A complex that combines shared living, shared work spaces and studios for the self-employed in the field of creative design.
The complex is intersected by Nachum Goldman Road in two parts. When the part of the sea combines shops, restaurants, cafes and leisure on the ground floor, above there is hostel for tourists.
The design concept is of sharing and mixing uses. Encourages walking and meeting the tenants. When all access passages to homes are open to the sky and facing an inner courtyard.
The ground has a triplex for artists combining - a studio for work, a place of sale and a residence.
